I understand what you mean, but the thing is, the trait is necessarily affects the character's appearance. You cannot have a scrawny character with the Obese trait, or a tall character with the Dwarf trait, it necessarily needs to look the part. Likewise, you cannot make a character have the beautiful trait, and not actually be beautiful.
