Trying to figure out parking a trailer myself, I also found it much easier just to stay in the trailer and use my mirrors. Sometimes I'll stop and glance at an outside cam to check blindspots or distance (depth perception isn't so great on a monitor) but when I'm actually steering the trailer in motion, the closer to real life I can make it, the easier it is.

Start a new game by creating a new profile. Most of the things here have no real effect except for the preferred truck design. While playing, you will receive an in-game email from the closest main dealer for the truck brand selected here.

So at basically all loading areas are there different parking places even if you choose same parking difficulty. I always choose the hardest "Where do you need it" option but at the exact same place have I got different places i'm suppose to park at different occasions.
OK, the easiest way Ican think of: Open config.cfg located directly in Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2 folder Search line: uset g_developer "1" - if the value is "0", change it to "1", save and exit, this will enable console commands in-game.

These DLCs are packages that you can purchase through Steam for a certain price, and that will later be added to the base game to be able to play with the base game plus these packages that can be of various types.
I'd maybe recommend taking a look at some existing car mods file structure just to get a better idea of how the games files work. (Please do not steal any other modders work, but it's completely fine for you to take a look and learn from their mods on how the game files are structured).
